- Partner with Project Managers to curate project sites and track accordingly
- Practice continual emersion and learning of land development industry and life-cycle to better support the business
- Assist Business Development Leaders with communication and engagement of Project Managers and clients
- Serve as a resource and mentor for staff in Business Development best practices, enforcing the importance continued efforts
- Assist Leaders with Business Development for key staff

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's or Masters’ Degree in Civil Engineering, business or related field
- 7+ years of business development or related experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics a plus, or demonstrable experiencing managing with data entry, reports and other tasks within a comparable CRM system
- Experience with market research & evaluation
- Experience in the architectural, engineering and/or construction industries a plus; or similar professional services (legal, accounting, finance) preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and client management skills
- Client-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle confidential documents and information with discretion and in a professional manner
- Self-starter with strong multi-tasking, time management and follow-up skills. Proactive approach and ability to prioritize.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining consistent work flow and meeting deadlines
