Overview

Bohler is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven leader to serve as National Account Director, responsible for the overall health, performance, and growth of our national accounts. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive exceptional client experiences, expand our geographic reach and service lines, and ensure profitability and consistency across markets.

This is a rare opportunity to lead with both vision and precision, balancing strong communication skills, deep knowledge of land development consulting, and a commitment to operational excellence.

You’ll report directly to the Managing Director, Client Experience, and work closely with cross-functional leaders to guide national strategy and delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned national accounts
  • Develop account plans and strategies to support revenue targets and client-specific objectives
  • Understand each client’s unique challenges and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing needs with speed and care
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services
  • Identify opportunities to expand our services and geographic reach
  • Track and analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
  • Proactively solve issues and implement corrective actions as needed

 

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in engineering, project management, business development, national account management, client strategy, preferably supporting national or multi-region clients or national commercial real estate development / construction management experience.
  • Strong understanding of one or more of Bohler’s core service lines (i.e. site civil engineering, survey, landscape architecture, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead complex client relationships and cross-regional account strategies.
  • Skilled communicator with high EQ; able to lead conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem solver with a mindset for continuous improvement.
