What you'll do:
- Provide high-level strategy for unique design projects
- Internal Quality Assurance / Quality Control aspects during the project design and construction process:
- Ensure compliance with all internal Quality Control processes
- Completion of Quality Checklists for design
- Review of all site safety design features
- Detailing consistency
- Constructability review
- Assessment / improvement / maintenance of QA/QC procedure
- Construction Administration
- Assist design team in support of Construction Administration services for design projects
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
What you'll need:
- 10+ years of residential and/or commercial/industrial site design
- Experience in civil/site design including:
- Extensive knowledge of site grading
- Storm water management design
- Utility design
- Commercial/Industrial design experience

As a Survey Manager at Bohler, you will:
- Direct a team of survey professionals working on multiple large-scale projects
- Plan, direct, and coordinate survey operations, including project managers, staff surveyors, technicians, and field operations
- Develop efficient and customized solutions for projects of any scale
- Personnel management, proposal generation, and business development
- Manage master contracts including fee estimation, project set-up, and execution of work

- SC PLS required (or the ability to obtain within one year if already an NC PLS). Dual SC/NC PLS preferred.
- Licensure in other jurisdictions is a plus
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus
- Successfully oversee the production of ALTA, Topographic, Boundary, utility and route survey
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead staff, think critically, and provide support to multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to prepare and review technical proposals
