Our Herndon, VA office is looking for an HR Systems Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to contribute to meaningful HR transformation work. In this role, you’ll support the administration and enhancement of our Workday platform and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity, optimizing business processes, and delivering strategic reporting. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements, support integrations, and provide impactful insights that help drive data-informed decisions. Open to hybrid. 

 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As an HR Systems Analyst, you will:

  • Serve as the assistant systems administrator and secondary point of contact for Workday configuration, user access, and system setup
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance, proactively identifying and resolving issues
  • Support HR system integrations and lead enhancement efforts to improve overall system performance and user experience
  • Collaborate on testing and implementing new Workday features, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain calculated fields, reports, and dashboards to support HR operations and strategic planning
  • Partner with the HR Systems Manager and other teams on firm-wide initiatives and digital transformation projects
  • Provide system training support and create user documentation in partnership with the Policy, Projects & Procedure (PPP) team
  • Actively pursue professional development and vendor training to stay current with Workday functionality and best practices

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

  • Prior experience with HR systems (Workday preferred), including configuration, reporting, and user support)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-first approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Curiosity and motivation to grow professionally and explore new technologies and best practices
