Our Herndon, VA office is looking for an ERP Administrator who embodies this purpose.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Vantagepoint Implementation team, Finance, Billing, Marketing, Business Development, Communications and Operations Team.
  • Enhance VantagePoint skillsets to become an operational expert establishing continuity between all departments
  • Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, processes and standards, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.
  • Assist VP helpdesk as needed with associated tickets
  • Troubleshoot and research any system issues that may arise and develop/propose solutions while working closely with VP Implementation team
  • Partner with OTD team to develop and maintain content solutions for immediate needs as well as onboarding
  • Train end users or technical support staff to use programs and maintain training materials
  • Assist with continuity of VP and PM Dashboard
  • Assist with testing of new VP updates, software changes, new applications and installs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across regions and departments
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the company’s business
  • Assist offices with troubleshooting their administrative workflow to determine compliance with best practices
  • Incorporating innovative ideas in collaboration with others

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Experienced with training staff members
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Change Management techniques and reinforcement
  • Competency and demonstrated experience with standard business ERP/CRM platforms, communication tools and other related technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the architectural, engineering and/or construction industries a plus; or similar professional services (legal, accounting, finance) preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential documents and information with discretion and in a professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining consistent workflow and meeting deadlines
  • Minimal travel as needed
