Our Herndon, VA office is excited to welcome a Project Management Coordinator—a newly created role! This is an opportunity to help shape how Bohler manages strategic change and supports cross-functional execution across the firm.
 
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Director of Strategic Delivery and play a key role in how internal projects are prioritized, tracked, and communicated. You’ll be instrumental in driving clarity, coordination, and consistency across project workstreams that support strategic initiatives. This is the right fit for someone who thrives on organization, process, and keeping everything moving behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
As a PMO Coordinator, you will:
  • Manage the intake and tracking of internal project requests and resource needs
  • Support executive and stakeholder meetings by preparing agendas, capturing action items, and distributing summaries
  • Maintain project tracking systems and dashboards to provide visibility into status, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor team involvement across initiatives and flag potential resourcing conflicts
  • Maintain and improve templates, tools, and processes that support project planning and execution
  • Partner with internal teams to support PMO tools and coordinate cross-functional work

What You’ll Need
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administrative operations, or business support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfort with project management platforms 
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
