Overview

We are hiring a Strategy Coordinator to join a small, high-impact team that drives firmwide strategic initiatives. This position will support key projects, work closely with senior leaders, and gain a deep understanding of how the business operates.  

 

As a Strategy Coordinator, you’ll work alongside senior leaders to support high-priority initiatives that shape the company’s future. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and executive decision-making. You’ll contribute to research, project tracking, leadership communications, and internal workshops—building foundational experience in how strategy is developed and implemented in a fast-paced professional services environment. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Support the planning and execution of the firm’s strategic plan  
  • Conduct research, gather input, and help synthesize information for leadership 
  • Draft materials including presentations, meeting summaries, internal updates, and reports 
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and next steps 
  • Assist in the preparation of leadership workshops, working sessions, and cross-functional meetings 
  • Learn how the organization operates, including how decisions are made and how strategic priorities are set and executed 
  • Participate in strategy efforts from planning through execution 
  • Provide general support to the strategy team as priorities evolve 

Qualifications 

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or project coordination (internships included) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks 
  • Willing to ask questions, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with tools like SharePoint, or project management software is a plus
