At Bohler, we empower the ambitious to become the accomplished. We are seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead and evolve our firmwide HR Business Partner (HRBP) function. This is a pivotal leadership role that blends strategy and execution to align people, performance, and business outcomes across the enterprise.
As the senior-most HRBP leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and senior leadership, while directly managing a high-performing, geographically distributed team of HR Business Partners. You will also act as the embedded HR leader for our Operational Services Team (OST), supporting internal corporate functions.
