What You’ll Do:

As a Business Development Manager at Bohler, you will:

  • Partner with business development and regional/divisional leadership on creating and implementing BD strategies
  • Build/nurture both your individual brand and the Bohler brand through your presence in the local marketplace
  • Conduct market research and present findings to regional/divisional leadership
  • Through external engagement and networking, identify business opportunities by unearthing prospects, following-up on new leads, exploring client referrals, and researching/analyzing options
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Office Leaders, and Marketing to develop leads, coordinate proposals/RFPs, and presentations
  • Represent Bohler at industry and networking events, conferences, and association meetings

What You’ll Need:

 

  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years business development or related experience in an Architectural, Engineering, and/or Construction environment preferred
  • Experience with market research and valuation
  • High energy, creative, flexible, self-starter who is willing to work at a dynamic pace
  • Highly organized, detail oriented professional with a desire to simultaneously handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify and help develop strategic relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of selling services and maintaining long term client relationships
