  • Responsibilities

    • Assist project team with the necessary preparation/delivery/pickup/deadlines of various permit submittal packages
    • Submit and monitor progress of applications through the various stages of the approval process
    • Study, understand, and update filing requirements for jurisdictions identified while maintaining data base of critical jurisdictional decision makers
    • Communicate plan examiner comments in a timely manner as needed
    • Follow an organized filing/document management process for electronic and paper documents
    • Develop and edit business documents from information provided with minimal guidance  
    • Work with firm standard versions of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, other relevant software and is able to navigate Internet. Know where to find firm knowledge and other relevant business information
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Associates degree preferred
    • Two years work experience in business setting
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite
    • Superior customer service skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent spelling, grammar and proof-reading
    • Organizational and time-management skills
    • High energy, career driven and assertive curiosity self-starter with strong multi-tasking, time management and follow-up skills
    • Strong attention to detail while maintaining consistent work flow and meeting deadlines
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Ability to quickly absorb new information and flexible with changing daily priorities
    • Valid driver’s license with reliable daily transportation
