Bohler Engineering seeks an outgoing, driven professional to lead an office and grow a team within the City of Ft. Worth. This office would be a complement to the firm's current operations in Frisco, with a launch model hinging on a strong partnership between our existing team and the incoming leader's ability to secure and win projects through market relationships.

 

The business plan will be built around the best candidate. Could this be you?

 

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of documented experience and success in a client-facing project management or leadership role. Additionally, candidates should have the desire to partner with our leadership team to open and run this new office as a resource to new business relationships, existing clients and project teams working within Ft. Worth and nearby suburbs.

As part of the interview process, key metrics and expectations would be established based on the individual candidate, with bonus structure and ownership potential aligned with achieving pre-determined milestones.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical degree
  • Licensed Professional Engineer preferred
  • Successful business development track record in DFW
  • Documented successes with project management and client acquisition
  • Excellent organizational, management and communication skills
