    Bohler’s Atlanta office seeks a successful, driven project management professional to join our team. This opportunity is designed to strengthen current client service and project execution, as well as identify, win and execute new business opportunities. As part of a growing team, this position offers immediate and future growth opportunities to candidates who demonstrate potential in the areas of client and project consulting, team and project management, quality and focused execution and new business development.


    While the project management position is focused on building a practice in Greater Atlanta, the team is working across the Southeast and actively building a regional footprint. Having a strong, working knowledge of the regional trends, municipal regulations and active developers in the Atlanta and/or the Southeast will help this professional to bring value to our clients and our business.  Check out what’s happening in Bohler’s Southern Markets here.


    Ideal candidate will want more than their current position offers, particularly in the areas of leadership, teambuilding, brand building, project management, business management, recognition and personal impact.


    • Designing and delivering effective conceptual planning, project execution and financial performance
    • Maintaining a strong operations team(s) and performance metrics
    • Contributing to the business development function, in partnership with BD and marketing staff, through relationships development and prospect pursuits.
    • Onboarding new clients including proposal generation, client communication and team engagement.
    • Advancing our brand presence through participation in key industry associations, events and/or activities.
    • Understanding clients’ larger business drivers, preferences and challenges to best serve their immediate and long-term needs
    • Building a strong rapport with new and existing clients for long-term value creation.
    • Leveraging strong local municipal knowledge and relationships on behalf of client and project needs.
    • Contributing to office leadership and growth including operations meetings, annual business planning and creative ideas.


    • BS in Civil Engineering or related degree (Licensure preferred)
    • Demonstrated success in a project management capacity
    • Experience with making public presentations and client management
    • Proposal preparation, budget tracking and forecasting workloads and staff development
    • Strong knowledge of regional development processes, stakeholders and players
    • Experience in building and growing fruitful client relationships (direct or as team)
    • Current, active relationships strategic to the region’s growth.
    • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills 
    • Ability to lead, motivate and build a team(s).
