  • Liaises with external training providers as well as Office managers, Partners & Associates to coordinate training logistics across multiple office locations
  • Communicates course offerings to employees across regions via email and through the L&D Intranet page.
  • Manages L&D intranet page content and partners with Marketing Manager for all L&D communication efforts.
  • Partners with Company Regions in executing their Learning & Development plans
  • Serves as key point of contact to third party providers for all L&D logistics.
  • Supports L&D Director in the development of a Leadership Development program
  • Maintains master training calendar for L&D Department
  • Tracks and coordinates training participants
  • Provides administrative and training support for MBTI (Meyers Briggs) initiative
  • Conducts MBTI orientation and debrief sessions with employees
  • Support Learning & Development projects and initiatives as needed


  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in training, Learning and development, education or other related fields
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • HR experience preferred
  • Meyers Briggs Certified preferred
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Strong project coordination/management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to facilitate training effectively
  • Passionate about personal and professional development
  • Desire to grow in a Learning & Development Career
  • Experience utilizing a web-based HRIS or LMS system a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically 20%
