Bohler continues to grow and expand and we would love for you to join us!  We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our best-in-class HR team in our Warren, NJ corporate headquarters.  Bohler has recently been recognized as the #12 "Best Place to Work" in NJ!

 

You will be a member of a performance driven HR team. The position is a strategic role partnering with all levels to continue to attract and retain a Firm of over 700 employees across 23 offices and growing.

Responsibilities

  • Direct report management and development of a staff of four (HR Clerk, HR Coordinators and an HR Generalist) overseeing all record-keeping/compliance administration for the Firm
  • HRIS management
  • Performance Management
  • HR Business Partner to Senior Leaders to help grow/influence their business
  • Liaison between manager and employees to solicit feedback regarding employee experience
  • Drive and validate change to enhance employee experience from orientation to exit phase
  • Assist Senior HR Director with shaping and driving HR and Business initiatives across the footprint of Firm
  • Training and development to include: Positive Workplace, Leadership/Management Training/Compliance, Performance and Talent Management/Retention
  • Employee Relations Management/Risk/Liability Avoidance
  • Upholding the highest levels of confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources; preferably a Masters in Human Resources
  • A minimum of 8-10 years HR experience in a Business Partner/Manager level role
  • Exposure to Meyers Briggs (MBTI) testing/analysis
  • A desire to thrive within a visible, business partner role where understanding the culture of a private company and the business is key to success
  • Amazing relationship building skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay efficient and organized
  • 30-40% travel required to other Bohler offices
  • Sound judgment and decision making skills
  • Proven experience collaborating and partnering with Executives in an organization including Chief Legal Counsel, COO, CEO, and CFO
