  • Provides administrative support to the L&D Director and department.
  • Liaises with external training providers as well as Office managers, Partners & Associates to coordinate training logistics across multiple office locations
  • Communicates course offerings to employees across regions via email and through the L&D Intranet page.
  • Maintains L&D intranet page content.
  • Serves as key point of contact to third party providers for all L&D logistics.
  • Maintains master training calendar for L&D Department
  • Tracks and coordinates training participants
  • Assists L&D Director in travel arrangements and calendar support
  • Tracks new hires and coordinates and schedules MBTI on-boarding sessions
  • Supports Learning & Development projects and initiatives as needed


  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience in training, Learning and development, or HR preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Strong project coordination/management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about personal and professional development
  • Ability to travel domestically 10%
