  • Overview

    Our Project Managers are crucial to the everyday success of Bohler Engineering. With their knowledge of land development design, knack for leading high performing teams and excellent customer service, our PMs take each project and team to the next level of success.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing several projects from initial project scoping/proposal preparation through completion
    • Providing timely an effective communication to build and maintain client relationships
    • Oversite of staff utilization and project financial management including collection of A/R’s, efficiency and profit evaluations
    • Consulting with internal or third party firms on a regular basis
    • Building, developing and leading effective teams
    • Support each team member in professional/personal growth goals.
    • Business development which involves attendance at marketing functions, business dinners/events, and cross marketing with other Bohler offices
    • Maintain presence and leadership in land development service area through involvement in civic, political, professional and business organizations
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • BS in Civil Engineering or related fields is preferred
    • Project Engineering (PE) license preferred
    • At least 10 years of experience with a solid foundation of civil site design, client/project management and staff management
    • Confidence in representing Bohler's clients in public presentations and hearings
